# Pricing

Danny Keane is on the founding team at Guild.ai and not actively looking, but open to a good conversation. Two engagement types, both negotiable for the right problem.

## Tiers

| Full-time | base $450k | Permanent | Principal/Staff product design + engineering, founding or early-stage teams |
| Fractional / advisory | $400/hr | Part-time, ongoing | Design leadership for early-stage startups |

## Full-time

- **Rate:** base $450k. Equity and other comp are discussed per opportunity, not published here.
- **Scope:** Principal or Staff-level product design and engineering, especially founding or early-stage teams building AI-native products.
- **Included:** product strategy, hands-on design, and shipping code end to end -- not a design-only seat.

## Fractional / advisory

- **Rate:** $400/hr, billed against actual hours worked.
- **Scope:** design leadership for early-stage startups, particularly AI-native teams still working out how the product should behave.
- **Included:** advisory calls, design review, and roadmap input. Hands-on execution work is scoped separately by hour.
- **Commitment:** no minimum retainer; ad hoc and ongoing arrangements both work.

## Not on the table

- Full-time contract execution work unrelated to design leadership -- see llms.txt's "Not a fit" section for the complete list.
- Fixed-bid project pricing: both tiers above are rate-based, not scoped-and-quoted.
